  32. The modem line is in the 661 exchange in the 713 area code. Perhaps
  33. Bill Garfield can provide info on what type of switch is at the CO.
  34. If it's located at Bellaire/Holcombe and Academy, that building is
  35. undergoing some sort of renovation, with scaffolding around the exterior.

  37. The other morning, the disconnects were occurring at a rate of ~1 per
  38. minute.
